Authentication & Overview

The entry page. A known agent is routed to Renewal with their details carried forward to confirm; a new agent gets the overview and a Get Started into Initial.

Basic Info Gathering

Identity & contact, representation type, and the core Louisiana items every agent must provide. Ends with the fork — “Registered in another state?” — which, if a state is listed, expands to collect what a reciprocal reviewer needs.

Reciprocal Review

  • Agent is shown a Status Page: “reciprocal registration under review” with an expected wait.
  • A reviewer in the staff dashboard makes the call.

  • Approved → skip Second-Level. Not approved → complete Second-Level.
